- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup. ice cubes
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp.
- Chopped ginger ½ tsp.
- Turmeric Latte Blend
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
