Zingy Raw Balls

Simply blend, roll and enjoy! So easy and this recipe makes 24, plenty for the family to relish.
- 2/3 cup roasted, unsalted almonds
- 2/3 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
- 2/3 cup dried apricots
- 2/3 cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons ground flax
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons ground Turmeric Latte blend
- pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture is finely ground and starts to
- Roll into 24 balls and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until firm.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
